The Optimist Club of Sacramento Foundation was founded in 2011.
The Board consists of Five (5) Directors
Four (4) Directors positions shall have terms of two years and One (1) director position (occupied by the immediate Past President of The Optimist Club of Sacramento, Inc.) shall have a one-year term.
The purpose of the Optimist Club Sacramento Foundation, Inc. is for charitable purposes and the benefit and enrichment of youth in the Greater Sacramento region. No part of the net earnings, properties or assets of this foundation shall inure to the benefit of any private person or individual or and Director or Officer of this foundation or club.
